Cancellation Policies
Every stylist on Glamease sets their own cancellation policy. There is no single platform-wide rule, each professional determines their own cancellation window and refund terms. Here’s what to know:- The cancellation window is shown on the booking page before you confirm your appointment. Read it carefully so you know how much notice you need to give.
- Cancelling within the allowed window typically makes your deposit eligible for a refund, subject to the stylist’s specific terms.
- Cancelling outside the allowed window: meaning too close to the appointment time, may result in your deposit being forfeited. This protects stylists from last-minute gaps in their schedule.
- No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are generally subject to the same deposit forfeiture rules.
