Plans change , Glamwithease makes it easy to reschedule or cancel an appointment directly from the app. Before you act, it’s worth understanding each stylist’s cancellation policy, which is shown on the booking page before you confirm, so you always know where you stand.

Cancellation Policies
Every stylist on Glamwithease sets their own cancellation policy. There is no single platform-wide rule , each professional determines their own cancellation window and refund terms.
Here’s what to know:
- The cancellation window is shown on the booking page before you confirm your appointment. Read it carefully so you know how much notice you need to give.
- Cancelling within the allowed window typically makes your deposit eligible for a refund, subject to the stylist’s specific terms.
- Cancelling outside the allowed window , meaning too close to the appointment time , may result in your deposit being forfeited. This protects stylists from last-minute gaps in their schedule.
- No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are generally subject to the same deposit forfeiture rules.
If you cancel outside the stylist’s cancellation window, you may lose your deposit. This policy exists to compensate stylists for the time they’ve set aside for you. Always check the cancellation window before cancelling.
If your schedule changes, choose Reschedule instead of Cancel whenever possible. Rescheduling preserves your deposit and keeps your booking active , you simply move to a new time that works for both you and your stylist.
If you need to cancel at the last minute and your situation falls outside the normal policy , such as a genuine emergency , reach out to your stylist directly through the in-app messaging feature. Tap the Message button on the stylist’s profile or from within your appointment detail view. Many stylists are willing to work with clients who communicate proactively rather than simply cancelling without notice.
