Booking a beauty appointment on Glamwithease takes under 60 seconds. From choosing your service to receiving confirmation, the entire flow is designed to be straightforward so you can spend less time booking and more time looking forward to your appointment.
Appointment availability is real-time. Popular stylists fill up fast , if you see an opening that works for you, go ahead and book it before it’s taken.

Booking Flow

Navigate to a Stylist's Profile

Open the app and go to the Explore screen. Use the filters to find the right professional for your needs, then tap their card to open their full profile. If you’ve saved a stylist to your favorites, you can access their profile directly from the Favorites tab.

Select a Service

Scroll through the stylist’s Service Menu and tap the service you want to book. Each listing shows the service name, price, and estimated duration upfront , review these details to make sure it’s the right fit before moving forward.

Choose a Date and Time

The availability calendar will display the stylist’s open dates in real-time. Tap an available date to reveal the time slots open on that day, then select the time that works best for you.

Review Your Appointment Details

Before you pay, a summary screen shows all the key details of your upcoming appointment:
  • Service , the name and description of what you selected
  • Stylist , the professional’s name and profile
  • Date & Time , your chosen slot
  • Location or Travel , salon address or confirmation that the stylist travels to you
  • Price , the full service cost and any deposit amount required
Confirm that everything is correct before proceeding. If anything looks off, go back to make changes.

Pay the Deposit or Full Amount

If the stylist requires a deposit, you’ll be prompted to pay it now to secure your spot. Otherwise, you may pay the full amount at this step. Enter your payment details or select a saved payment method , Glamwithease accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. See Deposits & Payments for full details on how payments work.

Receive Instant Confirmation

Once payment is processed, your booking is confirmed immediately. You’ll see a confirmation screen in the app with a full summary of your appointment. No waiting, no back-and-forth , your spot is locked in.

Your Confirmation

After booking, your appointment appears under the Appointments tab in the app. Your confirmation card includes everything you need:
  • Service name and stylist
  • Date, time, and location or travel details
  • Amount paid and any remaining balance due at the appointment
  • The stylist’s cancellation policy
Keep this confirmation handy , all the details you need are in one place without needing to dig through your email.

Appointment Reminders

Glamwithease sends you push notifications ahead of your appointment so you’re never caught off guard. Make sure notifications are enabled for the app on your device to receive these reminders.
