Every payment on Glamwithease is handled securely inside the app , no cash, no Venmo requests, no awkward money conversations. Whether you’re paying a deposit to hold your spot or settling your balance after your appointment, the process is fast, transparent, and protected.

Payment Methods

Glamwithease accepts the following payment methods for all transactions:

Credit & Debit Card

Enter your card details at checkout or save a card to your account for faster future bookings. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.

Apple Pay

Use Face ID or Touch ID to pay instantly with Apple Pay. Available on iPhone and iPad when booking through the iOS app.

Google Pay

Check out quickly with Google Pay on Android. Your saved Google Pay payment methods are available at checkout.
A digital receipt is issued automatically after every transaction , deposits, final balances, and tips are all documented.

How Deposits Work

Some stylists on Glamwithease require a deposit to confirm your appointment. Deposits serve two purposes: they secure your time slot on the stylist’s calendar, and they protect the stylist from last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Here’s what to know about deposits:
  • Each stylist sets their own deposit amount. It may be a flat fee or a percentage of the service total.
  • Deposits apply toward your service total. The amount you pay at booking is subtracted from what you owe at the appointment , you’re not paying extra.
  • The deposit amount is shown before you confirm. You’ll see it clearly on the review screen during checkout so there are no surprises.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the stylist’s cancellation policy. If you cancel within the allowed window, your deposit may be refunded. If you cancel outside that window, it may be forfeited. See Rescheduling & Cancellations for full details.
Deposit amounts vary by stylist and are always displayed on the appointment summary screen before you confirm your booking. Review this amount carefully before completing checkout.
Deposit refund eligibility is governed by the individual stylist’s cancellation policy, not a single platform-wide rule. If you’re unsure whether your deposit is refundable, review the cancellation policy on the stylist’s profile or contact the stylist directly through the app before cancelling.

Tips

You can add a tip for your stylist directly through the app when paying for your service. Tipping is entirely optional and can be adjusted to any amount you choose. Your stylist receives tips in full , Glamwithease does not take a cut of gratuity.

Receipts

After every payment , whether it’s a deposit, a final balance, or a tip , Glamwithease generates a digital receipt that is stored in the app. To view your payment history and receipts, go to your Profile tab and open Payment History. Each receipt shows the date, service, stylist, and itemized breakdown of the amount charged. For details on cancellations and how they affect your deposit, visit Rescheduling & Cancellations.
