Viewing Past Appointments
All of your completed bookings live in the Appointments tab, organized so you can find exactly what you’re looking for without scrolling through a long list.Open the Appointments Tab
Tap Appointments in the bottom navigation bar. The screen opens on the Upcoming tab by default.
Switch to the Past Tab
Tap Past at the top of the screen to see all your completed appointments, listed in reverse chronological order.
Service
The specific service you booked, such as a Knotless Braid install, Gel Manicure, or Full Glam Makeup.
Stylist
The name and profile photo of the professional who completed your service.
Date & Time
The exact date and time your appointment took place.
Price
The total amount you paid for the service, including any applicable fees.
Upcoming vs. Past Tabs
The Appointments screen is split into two views to keep your schedule organized:- Upcoming , shows all confirmed and pending appointments that haven’t happened yet. From here you can view details, message your stylist, or cancel if needed.
- Past , shows every completed appointment in your history. Use this tab to review services, leave reviews, rebook, and download receipts.
Cancelled appointments appear in the Past tab as well, marked with a Cancelled status badge so you can distinguish them from completed bookings.
Rebooking a Stylist
Found a stylist you loved? Rebooking them takes just a few taps , no need to search for their profile or re-enter your service preferences from scratch.Tap Rebook
On the appointment detail screen, tap the Rebook button. Glamwithease pre-fills the same stylist and service automatically.
Choose a New Date and Time
Browse your stylist’s available time slots and select the date and time that works best for you.
Downloading Receipts
Glamwithease automatically generates a payment receipt for every completed appointment. You can view and download it directly from the app.Tap View Receipt
Scroll to the payment section and tap View Receipt to open a full summary of the transaction, including service cost, platform fee, and payment method.
