After every completed appointment on Glamwithease, you have the opportunity to rate your stylist and share your experience with the community. Your review helps other clients make confident booking decisions and gives talented professionals the recognition they deserve. Writing one takes less than two minutes and makes a real difference.

Leaving a Review

Once your stylist marks your appointment as complete, Glamwithease will prompt you to share your feedback. You can respond to the prompt right away or return to it later from your appointment history.
1

Respond to the Review Prompt

After your appointment is marked complete, a Rate Your Experience prompt will appear on your home screen and in your notifications. Tap it to open the review screen.
2

Choose a Star Rating

Select a rating from 1 to 5 stars based on your overall experience. Five stars means you were completely satisfied; one star means the service fell significantly short of your expectations.
3

Write Your Review

In the text field, write a short review describing your experience. There’s no minimum length , a few honest, specific sentences are more than enough.
4

Submit Your Review

Tap Submit Review to post your rating and feedback to the stylist’s public profile.
Reviews are public and visible to anyone who views the stylist’s profile on Glamwithease. Do not include personal contact information in your review text.
If you missed the prompt, you can still leave a review by going to the Appointments tab, tapping the completed appointment under Past, and selecting Leave a Review.

What Makes a Helpful Review

A helpful review does more than just say “great service.” It gives future clients the specific detail they need to decide whether a stylist is right for them.

Name the Service

Mention exactly what you had done , for example, “knotless box braids,” “gel-x nail set,” or “natural glam makeup.” This helps clients searching for that specific service.

Describe What You Loved

Share what stood out: the technique, the finished result, how your stylist listened to your preferences, or how comfortable you felt throughout the appointment.

Note Timing and Communication

If your stylist was punctual, communicated clearly before your visit, or ran on time, say so. These details matter a lot to clients planning their schedules.

Be Honest and Fair

If something didn’t go perfectly, you can mention it constructively. Balanced reviews are more trusted and more useful than reviews that are only positive.
The most useful reviews are specific and honest. Instead of “She was amazing!”, try something like: “I got a full set of knotless braids and she nailed the length and tension. She communicated well before my appointment and finished right on time.” That kind of detail actually helps people decide.

Once you submit a review, it is posted immediately to the stylist’s profile. If you need to update or correct something you wrote, Glamwithease’s support team can assist you.

How Reviews Affect Stylists

The reviews you leave have a direct and meaningful impact on the Glamwithease community.
  • They help clients make informed decisions. A stylist’s rating and review history are often the first things a new client looks at before booking. Your honest feedback helps people find professionals who are a great fit for what they need.
  • They help great stylists grow. Positive reviews boost a stylist’s visibility on the platform and build the credibility they need to attract new clients. For independent professionals building their business, a few strong reviews can make a significant difference.
  • They encourage high standards. When stylists know their work is being reviewed, it reinforces accountability and motivates them to deliver consistently excellent service to every client.
Glamwithease does not remove reviews unless they violate community guidelines , for example, reviews containing hate speech, false claims, or personal information. If you believe a review on a stylist’s profile violates these guidelines, you can report it through the app.
