What to Include in Your Message

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, include the following details when you email us:
  • Your full name and account email address,: so we can locate your account right away.
  • A clear description of the issue,: tell us what happened, what you expected, and what you saw instead.
  • Your booking ID (if applicable), found in the My Bookings section of the app on the relevant appointment detail screen.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if relevant), visual context helps us understand and diagnose the problem faster.
The more information you provide upfront, the less back-and-forth is needed and the sooner we can get things sorted for you.
Not sure where to find your booking ID? Open the app, go to My Bookings, tap the appointment in question, and look for the booking reference number at the top of the detail screen.
