To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, include the following details when you email us:- Your full name and account email address,: so we can locate your account right away.
- A clear description of the issue,: tell us what happened, what you expected, and what you saw instead.
- Your booking ID (if applicable), found in the My Bookings section of the app on the relevant appointment detail screen.
- Screenshots or screen recordings (if relevant), visual context helps us understand and diagnose the problem faster.
