How Reviews Work
After an appointment is marked as complete in the Glamwithease app, the client receives a prompt to leave a review. That review consists of a 1 to 5 star rating and an optional written comment describing their experience. Once submitted, the review goes through Glamwithease’s moderation process before it becomes visible on your profile.All reviews are moderated by Glamwithease before they are published. This helps ensure that only genuine, guideline-compliant feedback appears on your profile.
Your Overall Rating
Your overall rating is the average of all published star ratings from your clients. It is displayed prominently on your Glamwithease profile, one of the first things a prospective client sees when they land on your page.1–2 Stars
Signals an unsatisfactory experience. A pattern here warrants reviewing your service process and client communication.
3 Stars
Meets basic expectations but leaves room for improvement in consistency, communication, or service delivery.
4–5 Stars
Indicates an excellent experience. Consistently high ratings drive profile visibility and new client bookings.
Responding to Reviews
Direct public responses to individual reviews may not always be available within the app, which means the most effective way to shape your reputation is through the quality of every appointment itself. Clients write what they experience, so give them an experience worth writing about. Focus on consistency: a client who books you twice and receives the same high standard of care both times is far more likely to become a loyal, reviewing regular.Building a Strong Reputation

Use Glamwithease’s in-app messaging to confirm service details, review inspiration photos, and share any preparation instructions. Clients who feel informed and heard arrive with confidence.
Be on time and prepared
Arrive, or be set up and ready, at the agreed appointment time. Punctuality immediately sets a positive tone and shows clients you respect their schedule.
Deliver the agreed service
Match the service you discussed and reference any inspiration photos the client shared. Surprises are rarely welcome when it comes to someone’s hair, skin, or nails.
If You Receive a Negative Review
A negative review can feel discouraging, but not every low rating reflects a violation of platform guidelines. If you receive a review that you believe is fraudulent, retaliatory, or otherwise in breach of Glamwithease’s review policies, reach out to the support team directly.Contact Glamwithease Support
