Your appointment dashboard is the command center for your beauty business on Glamwithease. From viewing incoming requests to marking services complete, everything you need to manage your client bookings is available directly in the app, no spreadsheets or third-party tools required.

Your Appointment Dashboard

Open the Glamwithease app and tap the Appointments tab at the bottom of your screen. Here you’ll find two views:

Incoming Bookings

New appointment requests from clients that are pending your review. These appear at the top of your dashboard so you never miss a new opportunity.

Upcoming Bookings

Confirmed appointments scheduled for future dates, displayed in chronological order so you can plan your day and week at a glance.
Use the date filter at the top of the dashboard to jump to a specific day or browse by week. Tap any appointment card to open the full details.

Booking Notifications

Every time a client books one of your services, Glamwithease sends you a push notification in real time. Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in your phone settings so you never miss a new booking.

Receive the notification

A push notification appears on your device as soon as a client completes their booking. The notification shows the client’s name and the service they’ve requested.

Tap to open

Tap the notification to go directly to the appointment details inside the app. You can also access new bookings at any time through the Appointments tab.

Review and confirm

Look over the booking details and confirm the appointment. Once confirmed, the client receives an automatic confirmation notification on their end.

Viewing Appointment Details

Tapping any appointment card opens a full detail view that gives you everything you need to prepare for the service. Each appointment includes:

Service & Pricing

The exact service the client booked and the agreed-upon rate, so there’s no ambiguity when the appointment day arrives.

Client Name & Contact

The client’s profile name and any contact details they’ve shared, making it easy to reach out if you need to coordinate logistics.

Date & Time

The scheduled date and time of the appointment, pulled directly from your availability calendar.

Deposit Paid

The deposit amount the client paid at booking, so you can see at a glance that your time is protected against no-shows.
Scroll to the bottom of the appointment detail screen to view any special notes the client left when booking. Clients use this field to share details like hair length, inspiration photos, allergies, or other preferences, read these carefully before the appointment so you can show up fully prepared.

Marking an Appointment Complete

After you’ve finished a service, mark the appointment as complete inside the app. This step is important, it’s what triggers your payout for that session.

Open the appointment

Navigate to the appointment in your Appointments tab and tap the appointment card to open the detail view.

Tap 'Mark as Complete'

Scroll to the bottom of the detail screen and tap the Mark as Complete button. A confirmation prompt will appear.

Confirm completion

Tap Confirm on the prompt. Glamwithease will process your payout and move the appointment to your completed history.
Glamwithease handles all payment collection from clients on your behalf. You never need to request payment, send invoices, or follow up with clients for money, once you mark a service complete, your earnings are on their way to you automatically.
Keep your calendar availability up to date at all times. Accurate availability prevents double-bookings and ensures clients only see time slots you’re truly free for.
