# View, Rebook, and Download Your Appointment History

> Access your full Glamease appointment history, review past bookings, rebook favorite stylists, and download receipts all in one place.

Your Glamease appointment history gives you a complete record of every service you've booked through the app, including the stylist, service type, date, and what you paid. From this single screen you can revisit past looks, rebook a stylist you loved, and pull up a receipt whenever you need it.

## Viewing Past Appointments

All of your completed bookings live in the **Appointments** tab, organized so you can find exactly what you're looking for without scrolling through a long list.

    Tap **Appointments** in the bottom navigation bar. The screen opens on the **Upcoming** tab by default.

  <Step title="Switch to the Past Tab">
    Tap **Past** at the top of the screen to see all your completed appointments, listed in reverse chronological order.

  <Step title="View Appointment Details">
    Tap any past appointment card to see the full details: service name, stylist, date and time, location, and the total amount charged.

Each appointment card in the Past tab displays a quick summary so you can scan your history at a glance:

    The specific service you booked, such as a Knotless Braid install, Gel Manicure, or Full Glam Makeup.

  <Card title="Stylist" icon="user">
    The name and profile photo of the professional who completed your service.

  <Card title="Date & Time" icon="calendar">
    The exact date and time your appointment took place.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Price" icon="tag">
    The total amount you paid for the service, including any applicable fees.
  </Card>

## Upcoming vs. Past Tabs

The Appointments screen is split into two views to keep your schedule organized:

* **Upcoming**:, shows all confirmed and pending appointments that haven't happened yet. From here you can view details, message your stylist, or cancel if needed.
* **Past**:, shows every completed appointment in your history. Use this tab to review services, leave reviews, rebook, and download receipts.

  Cancelled appointments appear in the Past tab as well, marked with a **Cancelled** status badge so you can distinguish them from completed bookings.

## Rebooking a Stylist

Found a stylist you loved? Rebooking them takes just a few taps, no need to search for their profile or re-enter your service preferences from scratch.

    In the **Past** tab, tap the appointment you want to rebook.

  <Step title="Tap Rebook">
    On the appointment detail screen, tap the **Rebook** button. Glamease pre-fills the same stylist and service automatically.

  <Step title="Choose a New Date and Time">
    Browse your stylist's available time slots and select the date and time that works best for you.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm Your Booking">
    Review the details and tap **Confirm Booking** to lock in your appointment.
  </Step>

<Tip>
  Use the rebooking feature to stay consistent with your favorite stylist, especially for regular services like lash fills, nail appointments, or touch-up braids. Booking in advance right after your appointment is the best way to secure their most popular time slots before they fill up.

## Downloading Receipts

Glamease automatically generates a payment receipt for every completed appointment. You can view and download it directly from the app.

    Tap the appointment in your **Past** tab to open the detail view.

  <Step title="Tap View Receipt">
    Scroll to the payment section and tap **View Receipt** to open a full summary of the transaction, including service cost, platform fee, and payment method.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Download or Share">
    Tap the **Download** icon to save the receipt as a PDF to your device, or use the **Share** option to send it via email or another app.
